The Coffee Works & Museum

The Coffee Works follows the story of coffee from plant to cup. Opened in 2007 is the Coffee World, a coffee antiquities museum housing a world-class collection.

Take the time to browse the treasure trove of the gift shop, do some chocolate tasting or just relax with a superb coffee (or tea) and something delicious from the onsite kitchen

Mt Uncle Distillery

Past Nardello’s Lagoon, a peaceful retreat with waterbirds, it is a short trip off the highway to North Queensland’s first and only distillery at Mt Uncle. Visit the cellar door to taste their excellent fruit liqueurs, such as banana, mango, coffee, lemoncello, mulberry.

Tolga Bat Hospital

See the work of the internationally-renowned bat hospital and meet some Australian bats. Learn what is special about these flying mammals. Why do they hang upside down? Why are they so important for the environment?

Gallo’s Chocolate Factory

A new attraction set on a large dairy farm offers mouth-watering chocolates, cheeses and yoghurts.

In the cafe, try the house speciality, a selection of homemade cheeses served with fruit and crackers - a gourment delight.
